Select your preferred date and time slot on the booking page, then enter your details as a guest or log in to your account. Scan the QR code to complete your payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll send your booking confirmation to your email address.

Most bookings are confirmed within a few hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once approved. If you haven't heard back after 24 hours, feel free to email us.

We accept payments via GCash and online bank transfer through QR Ph. Cash payments can also be settled at the reception when you arrive.

Yes. A ₱50 per person entrance fee is collected at the reception. This is separate from the hourly court rental fee.

Courts are open daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM. You can book any number of consecutive hourly slots within those hours.

Rally District is located at G/F, X-Gen Plaza, Kawit, Cavite, behind Mana Town Center Mall and near CALAX Exit and Evo City.

Yes! We have ample parking available for players and guests. Parking is available within the X-Gen Plaza premises.

Yes! We offer event packages for groups, clubs, corporate events, and private gatherings. Packages can be customized depending on your group size, court requirements, and event needs.

Court rentals are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. You may request a reschedule once, provided you contact us more than 24 hours before your booking's start time. Rescheduling is within the same rate class only (peak ↔ peak, non-peak ↔ non-peak). Peak rate applies all day Fri–Sun; Non-Peak rate applies Mon–Thu. Email bookings@rallydistrictph.com with your booking reference and preferred new slot.

Open Play session fees are refundable as Rally Credits — not cash. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you receive a 100% credit refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session receive a 50% credit refund. The same policy applies to waitlist entries. To request a cancellation, email bookings@rallydistrictph.com with your registration reference.

Rally Credits are in-venue credits you earn by playing at Rally District PH. They can be used to partially or fully cover Open Play session fees when registering online. Rally Credits are issued as refunds for eligible Open Play cancellations, and may also be awarded through our loyalty program. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Paddles and balls are available for rent at the venue. We recommend bringing your own equipment if you have it.

There's no set limit on the number of players per court. You can organize your games based on your group size and preferred rotation.

For larger groups, our built-in game management system makes it easy to organize players, manage queues, and keep games moving. You'll find the link in your booking confirmation email and booking summary page. You can also request assistance with queue setup at the Reception Area.

Open Play sessions are scheduled community pickleball games open to individual players and pairs. You don't need a full group — just register, pay the session fee, and show up. Sessions include managed court rotations so everyone gets to play.

Rally Match is a free in-session tool included with every court rental. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a link that lets you manage player queues, assign courts, and track game rotations — all from your phone, without downloading an app.

Party Trays and Group Meals are subject to a corkage fee of ₱300 per hour for the entire duration of the court rental — this applies to all food and beverages brought in for the booking. For more information or special arrangements, contact us via Messenger.
